Our Extended Care Program

Extended care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, year round. There are part-time and full-time programs available to meet individual needs. When registering, extended care must be pre-scheduled.

The extended care is also staffed by qualified teachers who take pride in making their program innovative, nurturing and with many hands-on activities for children to explore and learn about their world. Pro-social skills are a primary goal and children are encouraged to develop their creativity and gain independence while maintaining respect and consideration for others. The program also provides experiences in teamwork and shared responsibility.

Communication between extended care and the preschool, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten programs is an important element, which keeps the best interests of each individual child as a primary concern.
